REQUIRED FORMS & REGISTRATION

Preregistration is strongly encouraged for the 4 week soccer camp.  If you would like to preregister, simply email the child's name, DOB, and grade to sports@exploregrace.com If you want to move quickly through the check in station, you can fill out the complete a liability and waiver form and bring a check or cash for the registration fee.

STAFF

This Soccer Camp is run by volunteers from Grace Community.  Many of these individuals have experience as coaches and players from local recreational and competitive programs.  All adult volunteers complete a criminal background check.

STUFF TO BRING

Please bring a water bottle and a soccer ball each week.  Players entering K - 2nd grade should bring a size 3 ball.  Players entering 3rd to 5th grade should bring a size 4 ball.  All players will be asked to provide their own shin guards and to wear the shin guards underneath long socks.  They can wear cleats (no metal studs) or sneakers.

WEATHER ISSUES

**In the case of rain we will attempt to move under a covered court for drills (or we will do activities inside if there is lightning).   Players will be asked to wear sneakers on a day where rain is expected.  If there is severe weather we will likely have to cancel that week . Visit www.facebook.com/exploregrace for weather announcements or text (813) 994-9363.

SCHEDULE

We hope your family will join us for this exciting program.  Your child will have fun, make friends, learn fundamental soccer skills, and be taught lessons about teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, and faith.  Parents are encouraged to observe for the first hour of soccer sessions (or to kick the ball around with younger siblings), to participate in the combined “Half Time” session, and to enjoy the message for families (we will offer a nursery and preschool activity for children ages 5 and under at 10:30 am).
